If you forget your Password, in the "Sign In" screen, click "Find Existing Record", respond to prompts and you will get an email with your password.

During TV Auction you may Call 1-888-869-8683 for assistance or bidding

1. Register as New Bidder (enter name, address, email, phone number and password) to create an account.  
2. Click one of the categories in the left hand navigation bar to view the catalog. You can then click the name or image of any item listed to view a larger image and the item details.
3. There are 12 Auctions (which represent TV Auction time segments closing in 15 minute increments from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm on December 5, 2009). There is also an ONLINE ONLY segment which will includes items that are not presented on television.
4. Click on the specific item you wish to bid on to see more details and bid. On the Item Screen, enter a valid bid amount in the “your bid box”.   You can enter the next permitted bid increment or enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item.
5. Click on the “submit online bid “ tab to submit your bid   Your bid will not be accepted if you do not click on the “submit bid tab”.  All online bids must be submitted prior to expiration of the segment.
6. Time remaining in the segment is provided on the bid screen directly above the “current bid” box.

NOTE: You can click into any Auction at any time to look into any Auction and bid as long as the segment remains open. The Item screen will indicate the current item status and high bid and let you know if you are the current highest bidder.

Once online bids have been entered, bidders can view the status of all of their bids by clicking on the “My Bids” link at the top of the screen. The “My Bids” report will show each item you have bid on, your bid and the current high bid.
